Company AI and your shared QUOTA
Digital Design Studio 2.0.2: Company AI and your shared QUOTA. Check the selected host, account permissions and current support before use.
Start company AI
Digital Design Studio 2.0.2 provides company AI in the web workspace and desktop app. It uses Altifigence's provider connection, so you do not need to enter your own API key. Access depends on the current account, organization, supported country, age, consent and available QUOTA. Company AI access is included across plans, including Free; it is not a separate model tier or unlimited usage. Max and Max+ are not currently sold, and Enterprise usage follows its contract.
Sign in, select the intended organization and project, open the AI side panel and choose Agent. Answer the age question, read the current notice and its full data-processing table, then choose whether to consent. The read confirmation and international-transfer consent start unchecked. Adding an account or accepting general terms does not provide this consent. Attach or select only project context you are allowed to share, and check QUOTA left this week before you submit. Work with Agent: questions, web search and history explains choosing a task and effort, project-read approval, web search and conversation history.
If the notice changes, review the new version and consent again before a new request. You can review or withdraw consent under Settings → AI, or contact contact@altifigence.com. Withdrawal stops new company AI requests and does not affect local work or your own provider connections; deletion and provider retention follow their separate rules.
Supported tasks
Task | What it does |
|---|---|
RTL generation | Generate RTL from your specification. |
RTL edit | Propose a focused change to existing RTL. |
Testbench | Create a testbench and checks for a design. |
Error diagnosis | Explain diagnostics and propose a correction. |
ISA design | Help with instruction encodings and CX source in Flow Navigator. |
Circuit analysis | Reason about a circuit and its stated assumptions. |
Long context | Read a large body of supplied project context and follow references. |
These are AI assistance tasks. They do not run a simulator, implement an ISA execution host, or approve a design for manufacture. Review suggested changes and run the checks available for your project.
Age and guardian approval
Company AI is available to users who are at least 19 and legally adults where they live. Access for users aged 14–18 is not available yet; a guardian request or an existing approval does not enable it. Children under 14 cannot use the service. Answer the age question accurately.
An approval to use AI and approval of a paid purchase are separate. Read the guardian information and payment terms before arranging a purchase.
What is sent and how it is processed
Requests can include prompts, conversation context and approved project-reading tool calls/results. Agent uses approved read tools for project context. Codex attachments are not offered. Review confidential or personal data before authorizing transfer; provider retention and failover follow the AI Notice.
QUOTA and separate provider fees
Company AI and eligible Cloud Compute work share one included allowance. Free, Plus and Pro receive the equivalent cost of 1, 10 and 28 standard one-core hours per seven-day window respectively. This is not a promised number of AI prompts or wall-clock hours. A request can reserve usage before the final amount settles. Read the balance and reset time shown in the AI panel; existing monthly funding may retain its original expiry before the weekly policy takes over.
The allowance applies per organization. Changing a plan or cap does not restart the current window. The smaller of the member’s personal weekly Agent cap and the owner/admin-set cap for that member applies.
A Plus or Pro subscription that started before the current prices took effect keeps 11 hours (Plus) or 31 hours (Pro) every 7 days until its first renewal at those prices; the hours above apply from the first 7-day cycle that starts on or after that renewal.
When QUOTA runs out, company AI stops. It does not automatically spend purchased Credit or switch to BYOK. BYOK is a deliberate choice with separate provider fees. See weekly QUOTA and plan changes and pricing. Weekly QUOTA started on October 16, 2026 at 10:00 KST (UTC+09:00).
Public web search is off by default and requires its own consent. Search-tool charges and token use in both search and answer steps count toward Agent cost × 1.1 and shared QUOTA, within the reservation. Requests that fail or are refused before any answer is delivered, failed search attempts and search charges that cannot be confirmed are not deducted. If an answer stops partway, the part already delivered is deducted.
BYOK does not deduct company QUOTA. Its daily spending cap estimates this user and organization’s DDS requests across connections and resets at 00:00 UTC; it does not cap the entire provider account or guarantee the provider invoice. If a cap is set and the request’s price is unknown, the request is refused. Search and answer requests can each incur your provider’s charges.
Cloud time packs are one-time purchases charged in USD: 10 Cloud hours for USD 8, 50 Cloud hours for USD 36, or 100 Cloud hours for USD 64, including applicable taxes. Plan and time-pack checkout opens on www.altifigence.com in a new window or tab. Existing purchased Credit is not converted to time packs. Max and Max+ are not currently sold; Enterprise follows its contract. See the payment terms.
Safety and unavailable requests
Providers may decline a request under their usage policies. For adult individual accounts, including Free, only the last user message from a provider-refused conversation may be sent to OpenAI for additional classification of child sexual exploitation and violent illegal activity signals. Previous messages, system instructions, tool results and the answer are not included in this additional classification. This classification does not apply to business or academic organization accounts or Enterprise contracts. See adult safety signals and access conditions and the company AI safety policy.
Check the displayed reason when a request is unavailable: task support, age or country eligibility, consent, exhausted QUOTA and a temporary connection problem need different remedies. Refresh a stale session or wait when asked. Do not repeatedly submit the same request. Contact support with the version, time and visible message; omit API keys, private prompts and proprietary source. The AI label identifies generated output, which still needs your review.
