Cloud storage limits and usage notices

Digital Design Studio 2.0.2: Cloud storage limits and usage notices. Check the selected host, account permissions and current support before use.

Check the organization's storage

From October 16, 2026 at 10:00 KST (UTC+09:00), Cloud storage limits apply to the organization shown in Digital Design Studio. The Cloud project picker and usage notices identify that organization's usage and limit. Storage is separate from execution QUOTA.

Free includes 1 GiB, Plus 100 GiB and Pro 500 GiB. Enterprise follows its active organization contract, with 500 GiB when that contract specifies no storage value. Max and Max+ are not currently sold. One GiB is 1,073,741,824 bytes. See pricing.

What counts and when a write is refused

All stored bytes count: current files, retained earlier versions, Git history, snapshots, job inputs and results, and workspace metadata. Writes in progress can reserve space. Temporary compute disk is not persistent Cloud storage. Deleting one file does not necessarily remove its retained versions.

In-product and email notices mark 80%, 90% and 100% usage. A write that would exceed the limit is refused. When usage is over the limit, new project creation, Resume and new Cloud execution are also refused; not-yet-started jobs can remain held. A delayed email does not postpone the limit. Check the current in-product usage.

Exceeding the limit, downgrading or canceling does not itself erase files. Existing reads, downloads and deletion remain available. Already-running jobs are not canceled for this reason and may save results that increase usage. User deletion, account closure and retention policies still apply; this is not a promise of indefinite storage.

Free space

  1. Download project files and results that you need to keep.

  2. Delete completed Cloud job results you no longer need using the available owner-authorized action.

  3. If removing a whole project, review its confirmation: retained versions and Cloud results are included in cleanup. Running or unsettled jobs keep their data until cleanup can complete.

  4. Refresh usage after cleanup. Use the organization's pricing link if you need a larger allowance.

If storage accounting is temporarily unavailable, keep unsaved local work and retry later. A failed response does not confirm that a save or deletion completed.

Using Digital Design Studio 2.0.2

Organization storage limits are Free 1 GiB, Plus 100 GiB and Pro 500 GiB, including file versions, Git history and stored job inputs/results. While over the limit, existing files stay readable and downloadable, but new writes and new Cloud runs are refused. Going over the limit does not itself delete files. Review completed results before deleting them; a storage-held job returns to the queue only through the offered action, not automatically.

For personal Cloud projects, the owner can create or revoke a sharing invitation. A link expires after 24 hours and requires Altifigence sign-in and acceptance before joining; the default role is read. Only accepted participants receive the granted access. Permissions are rechecked, and a revoked link or removed participant cannot keep using that grant. Participant job runs are not open yet; they will be announced when they open. Sharing does not grant participants access to general runtime or Agent actions. Do not put invitation tokens or private project contents into a public forum.
