Sign in to your Altifigence account
Choose the right account, complete sign-in, and return to the service you opened.
Open https://account.altifigence.com/ or choose Sign in on the Altifigence website. Enter the email address associated with your account and use an available sign-in method shown on the page. If you previously used Google, choose the same Google account.
Keep the sign-in page open while the button shows a rotating indicator. The button is temporarily disabled to prevent duplicate requests. Complete any verification requested on the page; never share a password, passkey, or one-time code in a support message.
After sign-in, check that you returned to the service you intended to use. A company workspace and a personal account may have different access. If a project or subscription is missing, first verify the signed-in email and selected organization.
If sign-in fails, note the exact error message and retry after checking your browser connection. Contact support through https://www.altifigence.com/en/contact/ if the issue persists. Include the service address, approximate time, browser, and a screenshot with private information removed.
