Sign in to your Altifigence account
Choose the right identity, complete verification, and troubleshoot a sign-in loop without sharing credentials.
Start from the service you want to use
Choose Sign in on the Altifigence service you opened. Authentication is handled at auth.altifigence.com; account settings are at account.altifigence.com. Check the full hostname before entering a password or approving a passkey. A padlock alone does not establish that a page belongs to Altifigence.
Use the same email and sign-in method you previously used. If Google or GitHub opens an account chooser, check the selected provider account before continuing. A successful provider sign-in does not automatically grant access to every Altifigence organization or project.
Finish verification and return to your work
Complete the verification step displayed on the page. Keep the original sign-in tab open until you return to the intended service. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same request while it is processing.
A session can expire or be revoked. Seeing an account name in a chooser is not a substitute for the service checking the current session. On a shared device, remove your account from the Auth chooser when finished; removing it also revokes the associated central session.
If you return to Sign in repeatedly
Check that the browser can reach auth.altifigence.com and the service you are opening. Verify the device date and time. If an extension blocks the authentication request, inspect its site-specific setting; do not disable browser security globally.
Retry from the service's own Sign in button instead of reusing an old callback or verification URL. A private window can help distinguish a stale browser session from an account problem, but it will require signing in again. Clearing browser site data signs you out and may remove local preferences, so save any unsaved work first.
Send support a useful report
Include the service URL without query parameters, the approximate time and time zone, browser and operating system, and the exact error text. Redact account details in screenshots. Never send passwords, passkey material, one-time codes, recovery codes, session cookies, Authorization headers, or a full callback URL.
