Report a problem with enough detail to investigate
Prepare a small reproduction, capture relevant version and timing details, and safely share an error report.
Describe one reproducible problem
Start with the screen or tool you were using, the action you took, what you expected, and what actually happened. Number the shortest sequence of steps that reproduces the issue. State whether it happens every time or intermittently.
For desktop software, include the product version and operating system. For a website, include the hostname and page path without session or callback query parameters, the browser version, and the approximate time with time zone.
Capture the relevant evidence
Copy the exact visible error message. A screenshot should include enough of the interface to identify the operation while hiding names, emails, private project content and credentials. If the problem involves layout, include the approximate window width and whether the device uses reduced motion or a dark theme.
For slow loading, distinguish the initial page, sign-in verification, project loading, and a long-running analysis. Include a rough duration and whether reloading changes the result. A tool that has not started is different from a running job with no progress.
Reduce the input safely
When possible, reproduce the issue with a small file or project that you are allowed to share. Explain the relevant language, file type and steps. Do not upload a customer's full design or private repository simply because support needs a reproduction.
Review logs and browser network exports before attaching them. These files can contain cookies, Authorization headers, API keys, email addresses and request bodies. Prefer a redacted error excerpt if you are unsure.
Choose the right channel
Send private account, billing or security information through the appropriate private support route. Use Community for general product questions and shareable examples. Security reports belong at security@altifigence.com. Repeating the same report across public threads can expose information without helping the investigation.
