Keep sign-in credentials private and use official pages for account and payment actions.
Start account actions from https://account.altifigence.com/ and follow links from the official Altifigence website. Check the address bar before entering credentials. A familiar logo or sender name alone does not prove that a page or message is authentic.
Use a unique password and an available passkey or additional verification method shown in your account settings. Keep recovery information in a private location. Never paste passwords, session cookies, access tokens, or one-time codes into a community post or support conversation.
If you suspect that someone else accessed your account, stop using the suspicious page and open Account directly. Change affected credentials using the available account controls and contact private support. If you reuse a password elsewhere, change it on those services as well.
