Visit https://community.altifigence.com/ and browse the categories or search for an existing discussion. Choose the category closest to your question: Digital Design Studio, ALcad, Altifigence Cloud, Ideas and feedback, or General.
To post, sign in with an Altifigence account. A Free account is welcome. Choose a public display name when prompted, select New topic, and write a title that describes the question. Add your environment, what you tried, and the result you expected.
Posts and replies are public. Do not include account credentials, card details, customer information, proprietary design files, or content you do not have permission to share. Use the report action for a post that needs moderator attention.
For billing, account access, or a suspected security problem, contact the team privately through https://www.altifigence.com/en/contact/. Community discussions are useful for shared questions and ideas, but do not replace private support for account-specific issues.
Write a question others can reproduce
Use a specific title and name the product or workbench. Include a short description of what you tried, the result and the behavior you expected. Search for an existing discussion before creating another topic about the same issue.
Share a minimal example you have permission to publish. A small circuit, snippet or redacted screenshot is usually easier to understand than a large archive. Include version and platform details when behavior may depend on them.
Keep private matters in private support
Community posts are public. Account identifiers, invoices, security reports, customer designs and provider credentials do not belong in a public topic. For an account or payment issue, use the official support page instead.
When suggesting an improvement, explain the engineering task and the current limitation. Distinguish a feature request from a reproducible error so other readers can follow the discussion.
