Find and open your Cloud project
Check your account and organization when a project is missing or access is denied.
Open https://cloud.altifigence.com/ and sign in to the account that owns your project or received its invitation. Check the selected organization before choosing a project; projects from another organization may not appear in the current list.
Choose an existing project from the project selector. If no project is available, create one using the option shown in Cloud or ask its owner to grant access. A missing or deleted project cannot be opened by enabling automatic recent-project selection.
If your expected project is absent, confirm the account email, organization, and project name with its owner. Do not share sign-in codes or account credentials to obtain access. Signing in successfully and having permission for a particular project are separate checks.
Before closing or stopping a project, review any running-work warning and save changes where the application requests it. For a failed operation, keep the job identifier and error message so support can identify the affected task.
